An interactive journey into the realm of life transitions and renewal with Ayurveda. Ayurveda and your doshas — and how you can shape your major life transitions. Small things can have a big impact during a time of change and renewal — tips, support, and rituals.
Being present begins the moment you notice that your mind has wandered. Each time you get caught in worries or planning, there is an opportunity to return to the present. Presence does not require perfection—it invites you to gently come back again and again, without judgment. In this way, every moment becomes a chance for renewal and an inner restart.
Start the day with inner renewal and awakening! In this powerful yoga session, you will embody strength and resilience, bring balance to body and mind, and learn to relax even in moments of intensity. You revitalize on many levels and prepare yourself to enjoy life with this energy.
The yoga hike route will be scheduled at short notice, depending on the weather and trail conditions. It will take place in any case, rain or shine, and will be accompanied by a yoga teacher who will guide the yoga session.
Breathwork-certified coach Anna Welinder guides you through breathing exercises in the studio and takes you on a short hike into the Rosanna Gorge (weather permitting) for a cold-water immersion — renewal at its finest!

Energetic Release – Clearing and Purification: This session is dedicated to the conscious letting go of deep, subconscious tensions. We use specific techniques to gently release held-up blockages. It is the ideal practice to shed mental “baggage” and create space for mental clarity and physical lightness.
Embracing change - within and without: How do we cultivate change and embrace that change is really the only thing constant in an ever changing world? This flow will move in a different shape, sometimes around the mat and is meant to create heat, strength and eventually deep release. Leaving space for inner and outer change and renewal.
Earth to Sky – Yoga on the Mountain: A dynamic vinyasa flow infused with outdoor inspiration, partner work, and grounding breath. Designed for strength and mobility while embracing the natural elements.

Old patterns of tension may dissolve, the breath deepens, and the mind becomes calmer. A space to let go and allow renewal to arise from within.
The Freedom of Letting Go: Letting go can be challenging and at the same time liberating. In this workshop for shoulders and neck, we combine functional and strengthening asanas to release tension, build stability, and feel expansiveness. Letting go does not mean loss; it is a return to inner peace and presence.

Kundalini-Inspired – Strong Center – Take Your Power Back!
We often give ourselves away to the outside world, but if we cannot strengthen ourselves, we cannot support others either. The focus is our center, the core, through dynamic and flowing asanas. We connect with our power center and then move into deep relaxation for integration.
Clean the vessel - A practice to detox, create space and embrace a clean slate. A practice filled with twists, core and midline awareness and meant to build inner and outer space. Flowing practice with different variations of twisting and flowing. A chance to reflect and wring out the old. A wonderful way to leave the summer and embrace fall.
Blind Spots: Recognizing the Patterns Behind Your Pain
In this workshop, we focus on the so-called blind spots in our body awareness — those movement patterns we unconsciously avoid, compensate for, or protect. Often, the place where we feel pain is not the source of the problem. By consciously noticing these compensatory movements, we create the opportunity to recognize old (body) habits and renew our practice, allowing movements to become clearer, stronger, freer, and lighter from the inside out.
