Arrival & Departure

You can reach St. Anton am Arlberg easily and comfortably by train. From the trainstation, it’s only a few minutes’ walk to the village center.

Arlberg WellCom

Located right in the village center, next to the ski stadium, you will find the Arlberg WellCom, which serves as the meeting and information point for the MYF. Several classes, workshops and our marketplace also take place there.

Hiking with Geli and her team

For all hikes, proper hiking boots with non-slip soles, rain gear, and water are required. The exact routes for the hikes on Thursday/ Friday and Saturday will be determined at short notice, depending on the weather conditions.

4-Day Festival Pass

The 4-Day Festival Pass can now be booked through the St. Anton Tourist Board. Receive a €30 voucher code when booking your accommodation with a partner hotel.

Festival-Info-Points

You can get information about the festival at the festival info point in the Arlberg WellCom, at the St. Anton Tourist Board in the village, and at the partner hotels. The yoga locations are listed on the website. Up-to-date information about the festival is always available at the Arlberg WellCom and from the MYF team. What is included?

The 4-Day Festival Pass includes all yoga and meditation sessions, hikes, and workshops as well as the opening and closing ceremonies according to the festival program. Lunches at Gampen on Friday and Saturday as well as lift tickets to and from Gampen for Friday and Saturday are also included.

Lunches

Lunches on Friday and Saturday at the Gampen Restaurant are included in the 4-Day Festival Pass. The kitchen team delights all yogis with regional, vegetarian dishes.

During the festival, the restaurants and cafés in St. Anton am Arlberg pamper all festival guests with regional and vegetarian cuisine.

What to pack?

Yoga mat, water bottle, loose and comfortable clothing for the yoga sessions (favorite yoga leggings, cozy sweater, warm socks, scarf or blanket for Savasana), shoes with non-slip soles, warm and weatherproof clothing, and a hat and gloves for the hikes, notebook and pen for notes. Otherwise, comfortable clothing for the evening events.

Program times

All programmed activities start on time. We ask participants to arrive at the locations a few minutes before the sessions begin.

Tea Stations

The foyer of the Arlberg WellCom serves as the festival’s meeting and information point. It also features a tea station with a wide selection of teas. Sufficient tea and water are also always available at the Gampen restaurant.

Where can I change?

At the Gampen mountain restaurant and also at the Arlberg WellCom, there are facilities / bathrooms to change. We recommend that all participants arrive at the sessions already dressed in their yoga attire.

The organizer is not liable for personal belongings.

Yoga props rental

Yoga mats and blocks can be rented at the information point in the Arlberg WellCom. We recommend bringing your own yoga props, as only a limited number of rentals are available.
