"Yoga has been part of my life for 20 years, grounding me especially during challenging phases and giving my mind a positive direction. When we are ready to understand the connection between mind, body, and soul, we are also ready to truly encounter ourselves. We begin to recognize our patterns and structures—and yoga gives us the opportunity to transform them.
In my classes and trainings, I combine the systems of Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and Ayurveda, creating a space in which participants feel safe and supported. Through calm Yin Yoga sessions and the transformative power of Yoga Nidra, the body enters a deeply relaxed and meditative state. In this state, we can rewrite our belief systems and invite the magic of transformation into our lives."
