Yoga and nature lovers seeking a colorful mix of yoga styles—from beginner to advanced levels—along with mountain and nature experiences, entertainment, fun, and an open-minded, international community, come to the Mountain Yoga Festival in St. Anton am Arlberg every year.
What Mountain Yoga Festival yogis have to say:
“Thank you all for the good vibes – yoga in St. Anton rocks!”
“You are the best! Thank you for a fantastic and fun-filled time!”
“Thank you for the wonderful days, your spirit, and your enthusiasm!”
“Trust, confidence, love, and lightness.”
“My heart is dancing with joy!”
A variety of yoga styles to try out or deepen your practice, for beginners to advanced practitioners. The view of the mountains is always an essential part of the experience—whether during yoga sessions up on the mountain or in venues down in the valley. At the Mountain Yoga Festival, you can decide spontaneously and with ease which yoga sessions you would like to take part in.
The hikes and summit tours reveal unique landscapes and make the world below seem wonderfully small! Geli, our mountain and hiking guide, and her team, show us the beauty of the Arlberg region.
The hikes are divided into different difficulty levels and are therefore suitable for leisurely hikers as well as experienced alpine trekkers. Every year, there is an information session and an equipment check to ensure that everyone is well prepared and safe while exploring the mountains.
Our yoga teachers and experts are the heart of the Mountain Yoga Festival. They are true professionals who work with passion and dedication in their respective fields. They draw on many years of experience and are active internationally.
… and local specialties provide energy for active days of yoga in nature. Our hosts make sure to offer a healthy breakfast for all yogis in the morning.
It has become an anticipated tradition: the Yoga Stammtisch community lunch on Friday and Saturday at the Gampen. The chefs create very special vegetarian and vegan dishes, where you can truly taste the quality of the regional products and Alpine cuisine.
The gentle sounds of the handpan (hang) are as much a part of the Mountain Yoga Festival as the mountains themselves, and often the melodies resonate long after the yoga session has ended.
