Start the day with a vigorous vinyasa flow to celebrate mind, body and spirit and explore a little bit beyond perceived limitations. Let us open our minds and hearts to diving a little deeper, in a safe and fun way. While this will be a challenging flow, it is open to all levels, and I would also encourage newer yogis to come and try and be open minded!

Yin, Grace and Poetry. 04.00 - 05.00 pm
This first practice of YIN will focus on our deep connection we all share with Mother Earth and the grounding effect that arise when we feel truly connected with ourselves and earth. This session will focus on our sense of belonging and ability to hold ourselves when the ground is shaking. Hips, legs and shoulders. Poetry connected to belonging, interconnection and tapping into our own way to settle into stillness for clarity.

This year’s MYF title reminds us of a powerful truth that is inherent in the yoga teachings: we, as human beings, are not just made of flesh, bones, muscles, blood streams, organs, etc., nor are we made just of our minds, intelligence, or personalities; we are expressions of a greater energetic power, that allows all those other tools to operate through us. This power is our energetic essence. And it is creative, evolutionary and transformative.
My intention for my classes is to teach students informal ways to get in touch with their energetic power and use it for meditation.
Come join a sweet class with myths of yoga and Mantras. This class will be presented and experienced in a clear and accessible way. Not only we will breakdown the myth, but also contextualise with the Gods of the tradition and the mantra used to celebrate that energy that is inside of us.
A nice and sweet start to your day with easy stretching moves, a bit of chanting, guided breathing practice (pranayama), and meditation. Modifications provided, for example if you have trouble sitting comfortably, you may lie down instead. All levels welcome.

Eine entspannte Yin Yoga Einheit bereitet dich auf die Aktivierung deiner oberen Chakren vor. Wir gehen in die feinstoffliche Ebene der oberen Chakren: (Selbst)Liebe, Spache, Intuition und Verbindung zum Göttlichen. Die geführte Meditation verankert neue positive Affirmationen für dich und deinen weiteren Lebensweg.
Durch gezielte sanfte Yoga-Asanas wird das Agni (Verdauungsfeuer) unterstützt und der Stoffwechsel angeregt, sodass sich Anspannungen ganz von alleine lösen können. Spüre wie Yoga Deine Darmgesundheit unterstützt . Zum Abschluss gibt es eine geführte Tiefenentspannung - eine Bauchhypnose.

Hiking in the middle of and on mindblowing mountains, to feel the power of nature and to breath in the fresh mountain air. We are offering hikes with experienced guides showing you the beauty of this part of the world.
