A day full of creativity! Sandra, Manel and Andrea will take time to focus on our own creativity in 3 Workshops. Workshop Andrea: study and meditation practice with helpful sequenses from Bagavatgita and how these can be put into your daily yoga practice (study / meditation practice). Workshop 2: Manel will look with you at some concepts that make the bridge between structure and flow that makes the practice look easy, fluid and elegant (asana practice). Workshop 3: Sandra will move into creative flows by building heat, strengt and midline awareness (asana practice / study).

This first practice of YIN will focus on our deep connection we all share with Mother Earth and the grounding effect that arise when we feel truly connected with ourselves and earth. This session will focus on our sense of belonging and ability to hold ourselves when the ground is shaking. Hips, legs and shoulders. Poetry connected to belonging, interconnection and tapping into our own way to settle into stillness for clarity.

This year’s MYF title reminds us of a powerful truth that is inherent in the yoga teachings: we, as human beings, are not just made of flesh, bones, muscles, blood streams, organs, etc., nor are we made just of our minds, intelligence, or personalities; we are expressions of a greater energetic power, that allows all those other tools to operate through us. This power is our energetic essence. And it is creative, evolutionary and transformative.

My intention for my classes is to teach students informal ways to get in touch with their energetic power and use it for meditation.

Start your day in silence with a guided meditation in the morning. According to the festival theme your yoga teacher or expert will prepare a nice way to start into the day.


Yoga

Yoga sessions will be on the schedule for beginners, intermediate and advanced yogis with teachers coming from all over the world, offering different yoga styles and levels. Yoga language: English/German.

Hiking

Hiking in the middle of and on mindblowing mountains, to feel the power of nature and to breath in the fresh mountain air. We are offering hikes with experienced guides showing you the beauty of this part of the world.

Talks

exchange, express, discuss, listen - the talk-format might make you curious or you will come up with new ideas for your every day life.

Music

The whole world is sound, rhythm, vibration. Move your body, or simply listen to the sound and let yourself be inspired.
