Sandy Duncan

Sandy has been teaching yoga since 2008 and is currently undergoing extensive training to become certified as an “Integrated teacher” with Jill Miller`s “The Yoga Tune Up®”, where latest research in fascia and anatomy meet biomechanically sound yoga.

She studied yoga and meditation at the Nyingma Buddhist institute in Berkeley, where she furthered her knowledge and practice in mindfulness-based meditation and yoga.  A few years later, Sandy stayed at the renowned Himalayan Institute in Pennsylvania/USA for several months to further study the eightfold path of yoga and Ayurveda Yoga and completed her second teacher training.
