Alexandra (Sandy) Duncan found her way to Yoga when she was a teenager. The beneficial effects of Yoga helped her cope with physical and mental boundaries such as depression and fibromyalgia and Sandy experienced for the first time how she could take care of her wellbeing on her own. On her journey of practicing Yoga, she found her vocation and decided to share her experiences. 

Sandy is constantly educating herself in anatomy, chakra teachings and in a healthy, meaningful Asana alignment. This inspires her Yoga style - a combination of soft and fluent sequences, the goal being harmony between body, mind and heart.
