Vinyasa Flow designed to open up, explore, and challenge the body and the mind. The flow is structured both for beginners and advanced practicioners, with modifications, variations, and more advanced options offered. On our first day of practice we will let go of our daily lives, stretch the body out from traveling, open up with liberating heart openers, and conclude with a grounding relaxation and meditation to connect us with our temporary mountain home.
