Earth based Vinyasa honoring the land and sacred giving to the land
This will be a practice that allows us to ask permission of the mountains of St. Anton to hold us during these days and to bless us with healing.
We will beginn the practice by blessing of the land (please bring an offering like small crystal, a song, a prayer or some other disposable offering) where we begin by giving to the land ourselves. Then we move through a dynamic and grounded flow that will awaken the whole body and create a feeling of lightness and grounding at the same time.

How to practice the path of surrender
Moving into stillness is the central theme for this year's festival but is also one of the ways the practice of meditation is often described. How do we move into stillness? How do we learn to surrender into the quietude of the self, which is neutral abode of the mind?
In this workshop, I will guide you into the experience of inner stillness by exploring three experiential tools, which are based on the non-dual Tantric teaching that everything is inherently perfect and can be means to spiritual awakening.

Inside Flow
Inside Flow is based on Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The main difference between Inside Flow and classical yoga styles: You move to the beat of the music all the time during an Inside Flow session. There is no beginning and no end, your body is in motion and one movement flows into the next. Through creative and especially flowing transitions, this style of yoga feels almost dance-like.
What are you waiting for? Come & dance with Anna!

Hips like honey
This morning's focus is on hips. Our hips play a major role with in movement and stillness. Hips are the connection point of the spine and the legs. The "hip girdle" and the 17 - 25 muscles that it encompasses are the central station of the body. Power yoga teacher Baron Baptiste refers to the hips as "the mother of all movement. When they're open, you'll be much more mobile above and below them".

Dancing between self-effort & grace
Another way to describe the action of moving into stillness is the ongoing balance between keeping a steady focus in the mind and opening to the tender power of grace, which supports us at every stage of the practice.
In meditation, the action of opening to grace is equally important as cultivating a steady focus in the mind - neither too tight or too loose.
In this workshop, I will teach you a few simple means to gently swing between compassionate resolution and sensitivity - having a clear intention to meditate ans remaining open to the vast mysteries meditation has in store for us.
